Food Plan Friday - June 22
Day 1 - London Broil with Soy Citrus Marinade and Cauliflower Mash (or, as Beads calls them, "stinky mashed potatoes")
Day 2 - Melt-In-Your-Mouth Tarragon Chicken and Roasted Veggies (whatever veggies you like, sliced and tossed in 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper, baked at 350 for 30 mins)
Day 3 - Braised Pork Ribs with Bok Choy and Quinoa
Day 4 - Wedding! Congratulations Greg and Allison!
Day 5 - Jane Fox's Tortilla Soup and Sweet Potato Chips (I don't add any of the sweet or spicy)
Day 6 - Burrito Night ( I use a packet of taco seasoning rather than the individual spices/sauce listed)
Day 7 - Pick of the Day
Next Friday you won't find a meal plan here, but the next week I'll be testing a new meal plan and grocery list app. We'll see how it goes. Stay tuned!
